1. What Piercr is

Piercr is a web application that analyses Instagram accounts and produces a written report about them. You enter a handle, Piercr collects what is available for that account, and a language model turns it into a read and a set of recommendations for the goal you pick.

There is nothing to install. Everything runs on our servers and in your browser.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Piercr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

3. Instagram and Meta

Piercr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Using third-party tools that interact with Instagram may breach Instagram's own terms.

If you connect your Instagram account so that Piercr can read private accounts you already follow, you accept the following.

• Your Instagram account may be rate limited, restricted, or suspended
• You are solely responsible for how you use Piercr with Instagram
• We strongly recommend connecting a secondary account rather than your main one
• Piercr is not responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account

4. How you may use it

You agree to use Piercr lawfully and decently. Specifically, you agree to:

• Comply with all laws that apply to you
• Not use Piercr to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate anyone
• Not use Piercr to build profiles of people in order to harm them
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your account
• Respect the privacy of the people you look up

5. Credits and payment

Piercr runs on credits. Unlocking a report spends one credit. Credits bought as a pack do not expire; credits included with a subscription refresh each month and do not roll over. Accounts do not come with free credits — where we offer a report at no cost, it is through a promotional code.

Paid credits are not yet available. When they are, payment will be handled by a third-party payment processor and Piercr will not store your card details.

6. Refunds

Because a report is generated the moment you spend a credit, spent credits are not automatically refundable. If a report fails to generate, or something clearly went wrong, contact us and we will put the credit back.

7. What we do not promise

Piercr is provided as is, without warranties. A report is an interpretation of the data available at the time it ran, not a statement of fact about a person, and you should treat it that way.

We are not liable for action Instagram takes against your account, for decisions you make on the basis of a report, for loss of data, or for interruptions to the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Piercr at any time and disconnect any Instagram account you have connected from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly where someone is using Piercr to harass another person.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the product or by email. Continuing to use Piercr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
