piercr is a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard that provides relationship management tools for Instagram users. Our service helps you organize profiles, track interests, manage outreach workflows, and measure performance.

By accessing or using piercr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

3. Instagram Terms of Service

Important: piercr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of third-party tools that interact with Instagram may violate Instagram's Terms of Service.

By using piercr, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your Instagram account may be subject to restrictions or suspension
• You are solely responsible for your use of piercr with Instagram
• We strongly recommend using a secondary Instagram account
• piercr is not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram against your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use piercr in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use piercr for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your piercr account with others
• Respect the privacy and rights of others on Instagram

5. Subscription and Payments

piercr offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. If you're not satisfied with piercr within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period or for subscription renewals.

7. Limitation of Liability

piercr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any actions taken by Instagram against your account
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for piercr in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of piercr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
